1. How much does social media marketing cost?
No two businesses are the same and we develop a unique strategy for each client. We aim to keep our pricing as simple as possible with no hidden charges along the way. Our services can range in price from £99/month to £999/month depending on how many social media platforms we manage for you.
2. Which social media platforms should my business be on?
This depends on various factors and is something we can’t really answer until we learn more about you and your business needs, then we can determine which platforms will be most effective to accomplish your goals. A majority of our clients start with a mix of Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
3. What kind of content will you post?
Our content strategy is tailored for your target audience and your unique business. We work with you to ensure all content is on brand and the “tone of voice” is clear. We find a mix of content which includes videos, photos and custom graphics works best and is successful in encouraging engagement. It’s our job to guide the process and source what’s needed.
4. How often will you post on social media?
Each social media platform is different, Twitter for example needs at least 2-3 unique tweets (plus replies and retweets) per day to encourage engagement, whereas Facebook may need 2-3 posts per week. The key to success is not just how often you post but the engaging quality of the content you’re sharing. In addition to posting the content we manage all profiles on a daily basis to moderate questions and comments.
5. Do I need an advertising budget?
Though an advertising budget is not needed, we highly recommend it. An advertising budget allows us to quickly leverage the data on your target audience and reach more people quicker than just relying on organic reach. Depending on your goals the budget can start at £50/month, £100, £200…it all makes a difference.
6. How do I know if social media is working for my business?
We manage and monitor your social media profiles on a daily basis so we can quickly see what’s working and what isn’t. At the end of each month we send you a full report of social media activity that tracks growth, new followers, number of impressions, traffic to your website and more. There are immediate benefits you can expect when you start using social media like greater brand awareness but you still have to earn customer engagement which can take time. The key is to consistently post great content that drives a conversation between you and your audience.
7. How can I get started working with Deep Space Marketing?
That’s the easy part! We start with a meeting to learn more about you and your business and the conversation builds from there. Our offices are in the Framingham Tech Centre and we welcome you here, or if you are based locally in the Framlingham, Woodbridge, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds or surrounding Suffolk areas we can come to you.
